I haven't been able to locate a list, yet, but so far The Pirate Tavern is 10400 for 3960 points, or 2.63 coins per point. Second best is the Tractor from the Farm. 7000 coins for 2475 points, or 2.82 coins per point. Most items are 3 or more coins per point so these are a big savings early in the game. I'm only on level 108 so I'm sure there will be better deals as I go along.
