Question for Fishdom: Deep Dive

I am on level 81 and have 14 moves left. It shows I have no tiles left except two spaces that won’t let you move anything into them. I have a screenshot of where I’m
At but no way to insert it here, please help if you can, I've tried so many times to get through but I can’t see how to get through this level
