Will there be more Character and Outfit Collections?
I was checking my game today and I realized that I have all but like five of the collections completed, so that only leaves 130 more Clams I can get that way. Will they be adding more collections or is that the end of the free Clams or what?

They actually have been adding and modifying the collections all along, so the simple answer to your question is yes, yes they will.
The more complicated answer simply requires you to look at the collections they actually created two new clam-bearing ones for Comic Con, and consolidated the outfit collections. The last current character collection covers the Characters for areas 9 and 10 so the answer is yes.
