How to restart the game?

I started playing late and I don't like the way that my town has grown. If I had known about the problems of getting coins I would never have progressed past the opening first part where it was really easy to make lots of coins with short tasks. How can I restart the game so I can do that?

The thing about that is that the actual saves are placed outside of player access or control. So you cannot delete them on your own, to fully restart your game you need to contact Tiny Co and ask them to delete the save for you. Once they do that you can then start a new game.

OR you could create a new Facebook account specifically FOR your new QfS restart game... That you can do on your own and get done a lot faster than the alternative - which is to wait for Tiny Co to delete it for you.

If you have connected your game to either Facebook or Google Plus then you have to either (1) Ask Tiny Co to delete that save and break the link so you can start a new game without the old one restoring on top of the new one, or (2) create a new Facebook or Google Plus account to which you can then link the new game.

I am trying to retrieve a saved game. Tinyco have said I need to reset my device. How do I do this, please?
