My friend has some cool buildings I want, how do I get them?
My friend has some cool buildings like a pet shop and boardgame store, and a comic shop, and a fencing gym. How do I get those please?

Those are from the most recent and previous events. The Buildings were only available for sale during the event - so unless they are added as premium offerings later, you are not going to be able to get them.
What these games usually do tho is recycle special Buildings when they hold the event again - so you are looking at waiting a year until the event happens again.

Yeah they are cool Buildings but, sadly, they are event only buildings - so unless you bought or unlocked them during the event, you are not going to be getting those buildings until next year when they hold the event again!
