There are not, at the present time, any usable cheats for obtaining Clams. There are some tricks you can use at key spots in the story Progress to make getting things like Coin easier.
Early in the game - prior to unlocking District 2, there is a period where you have a few 6s tasks that you can use to farm Coins all day long - but once you get past that point, there are no more good ones like that.

There are no cheats that supply Clams. You simply either have to buy them or keep doing the special quests and collections and save them up for your big buys. Sorry :(

There is an cheat I used. If you buy a stop light and click it it gives you xp. But that's all. Sorry if this didn't help u
