Why I always back to level 1 when I tried to re-open the game? And why I cannot play multiplayers games? It said timed out directly when I tried to connecting with other players or my friends

The only thing I can help with is the losing progress when you go out and want to join again you double click the home button (the circle button with a square in it on the bottom of your iPod,iPad,iPhone) and find Ernie's and go in it
