Question for Eenies at War

How can you get a shot nuke?Some people have them and they just shoot them and boom!How to get it?

They are a high level and have the right equipment. They paid a lot of money for the nuke,(I should know I have the shot nuke also) it cost me a bunch of gems) you have to be at least level 70 and need all the achievements completed.

All you need is to be at lest level 35 and when you get a perk it is there (50/50 chance
Of getting it straight away)

You can get them at a high level like 75 and you need to have all achievements completed (btw if you people that answer this question and think I'm wrong I'm talking about a shot nuke. They are 'activated right away' and can be aimed, with unlimited ammo.) Hope this helps ★_★
