How do I get a silver shrine

Go to your shrines, tap info and on top it will say like 20/50 level 10 dragons or however many dragons of that shrine element are level 10. Say you clicked a fire shrine, you need 50 dragons with a fire element and you don't have to still have the dragons, it counts even if you sell them. You would need to have had 50 level 10 dragons to upgrade it to silver or if you are impatient you can upgrade them with gems. I hope I helped!
