I get accused of cheating a lot, where do you draw the line?

What is a cheat? What constitutes a cheat? What are the criteria needed to label such as a cheat? Because I win 99% of the time, I get accused of cheating so the burden of proof lies with the accuser right? When I ask what cheat? They say "you know" no details or explanation describing what it is I'm doing that brings them to that conclusion. It's many that do this. How do I ask the right question that either shuts them up or sets me free?
