Question for Cookie Jam

My game won't load, I'm at level 2600 or up. (iPad) I'm afraid to upload the game from the App/store again, in case I loose everything and have to start all over again. HELP?

I lost all my levels and it has started over at level 1

If you are playing on a mobile device (phones and tablets):
Please make sure that you're running the latest version of your game by visiting your App Store and verifying there are no available updates. Playing the latest version of our games ensures that you'll have all of the most recent updates. If there are no updates available for your game, please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Turn your game and any other apps off so that they are no longer running in the background of your device.
2. If you have social media accounts connected to your game, like Facebook, disconnect them.
3. Turn your device off and wait 10 seconds before you turn it back on.
4. Reconnect your social media accounts to your game, verifying you're using the correct account.
5. If these steps didn't work, please try them a second time before contacting Cookie Jam support team.


Update your iOS devices:
1. Open the App Store app on your device.
2. Tap the search button icon in the bottom and then type “Cookie Jam”.
3. Click Install.

And then link your Facebook account to restore your progress:

1. Tap the Cookie Jam icon on your mobile device to get the game opened and started.
2. When you first play the game, there will be a notification to link your Facebook account in Cookie Jam. There will also be a couple of reminders in between levels to connect to Facebook. Also, in the settings menu you can tap the gear icon on the lower right corner to sync your game to your Facebook.
