Question for Castle Story

I have all of the building materials to construct Ivy's Hut but the green "build" button is not active? I've tried for

I'm having the exact same problem Ivy's hit and the marker place won't upgrade. Any help would be great.

I have had all the requirements for several days now. All four items show complete. The build button is grayed out but not surprisingly the pay 315 gems button appears to be active. What is the trick?

If it says 40 coins thats wrong. It did that for me. You actually have to have 40 glimmer dust.

I had the same: it showed 40 coins but I could not build. Rebooted the iPad and then it showed 40 Glimmerdust. Also had it earlier with another one, forgot which one, and then it only once correctly what was needed. When I went there for a second time, it was incorrect again
