For the quest Hunt Roaming Bandits in castle I need 5 swords. It says from crafting. But were do I craft this?

You have to build the Magic Forge and then it will let you craft the swords.

Craft longswords in your forge. You can build two forges, max. Five iron ores and one jewels are required to craft a longsword, and it takes two hours. So keep on top of quarrying your rock formations (especially iron rich rock) to make sure you don't run too low on either iron ore or jewels.
