U get them by doing quests in the kings/queens keep. I have been doing a quest every day since the Valentine's edition stopped and I haven't gotten either one yet, I guess keep trying??

Actually if you mean the pink one you can make it only in valentines period instead the white one I think some quest will make you craft one but I'm level 30 and still didn't get any quest for the white one.

If you meant wing,my hen you get the wing and horn from the dark caves, just save enough feats and gold stuff and repeatedly do the quest.
