Hidden teams playable in season mode?

I have recently unlocked the japan hidden team and it wont let me select it to play. Is this a bug or can you not play with hidden teams on season mod?

Unfortunately You can not play the hidden teams on season mode because the hidden teams are only use for exhibition and tournament And Match Mode

Those hidden teams are actually for the World Baseball Classic (you know, that tournament that's held every 2 years in My League mode where Every national team compete) Well, since those are national teams, I guess it would make sense for them to NOT be playable I'm normal seasons.. But they're still playable in exhibition though

They're the teams in World Baseball Classic (you know, that tournament that's held every 2 years where national teams compete) It would make sense for them to not be playable in normal seasons... But you can still play them in Exhibition mode though.
