How do I get the ballroom guy to take me on his bike? I always step on his toe!!

Walk by him a couple time 2-5 make eye contact, twist you're hair, then look away. But keep making small and short eye contact when you see him look at you then shyly look away.....I worked for me I hope I works for you
You just have to do really good in the mini-game. If you do good in that you'll end up kissing and he'll take you on his bike.
