Use the b25 Mitchell. There are 2 scenes for this ship. The one in open sea, fly first to the right and attack from right. The one between the island go right round the fleet and attack from behind using torpedos. Turn back before you are in reach of AA fire and do this for a few times

Use torpedoes. Start from a long way out. Fly towards armada of ships. Drop 2 or 3 torpedoes before you get in range of the armada. Turn around and fly away from armada. Then turn back towards armada and repeat. This works for planes with weak armour and low bomb loads. Requires about 10 passes and luck. If you have a maxed out F4-you, just fly straight in and dive-bomb. Try to get all 11 bombs on the target. Two passes will be enough.
