Can you give me any pointers on how to beat 45 towers?

First you out two if the smallest ones at the top where they come in, that will kill 1-2 rounds of "cars". Then you put one 300 point tower at one if the "intersection" corners in the lower part. The corners in the "intersection" is the best spots to put towers in because they're able to hit the "cars" more times.
