When you have accessed the Forge you will be able create new equipment by mixing materials with any old or unwanted weapons you have.

The longer you don't play the game, the more likely it is you will come under attack.

Don't forget to check every so often any planets that you have conquered as over time they will produce gold for you.

Don't buy a new ship, you will get a new one during the course of normal gameplay.

Before you make an attack press the 'Info' button on the bottom right of the screen to get hints on what to expect when you fly into a planet. Pressing the 'Info' button when you ecounter an enemy ship will enable you to see it's level and the type of weapons it has equipped.
