No you cannot merge them after the fact. However, in the future when you click on captain settings. And change captains. |

NO !. Sorry you do not get back the pirates from sunken ships only the ship. Your lost pirates you get from the Cave on your Sea Island to the right . Look above your crafting blacksmith you will see a cave, click it to recover pirates. Please note you only recover some pirates not all of them . Sadly some die and do not come back. |
