Find 1 gold ingot not nugget ingot go into an anvil and rename the ingot :

Ingot of doom

Then go into a crafting table and when you craft gold nuggets you get the nuggets but......

You don't lose

Ingot of doom

This cheat requires:

1 gold nugget, 1 anvil, 1 crafting table, 1 experience point level
