Command Center

It is vital that you make sure your Command Center is protected, the best way to do this is to place it at the center of the map and surround it with other buildings, traps, turrets, and towers which have been positioned strategically so that they are able to attack both the enemy and other complexes.

Walls

Try to surround everything you have that is important with walls as they are one of the simplest and effective base designs and are tough to penetrate.

Resources

Make sure you always upgrade your resource sorage whenever possible as resources are needed for most upgrades and you will never be able to use more resources than your capicity permits. Diamonds will not help you with resource storage.

Time

Although you can pay diamonds to save time you will find that there will be some instances where it is more beneficial to keep hold of the diamonds and just let things happen in real time. Generally speaking you will find that training units and making low-level upgrades does not take too long.
