Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 Cheats and Tips

On the fifth night Fredbear acts differently, instead of making him retreat when you shine a light at him he will instead come closer, when you do hear him approaching from either side close the door immediately. Also, do not forget to check your bed and closet as you would a 'normal night' as he may appear there.

On the fifth night Fredbear stalks you alone without any other animatronics, although he is by himself he makes up for it by being more active.

When you open the closet door and shine your flashlight inside there is a high chance Foxy will jump out. If you act quickly and immediately shut the door you can prevent a 'Game Over'.

Make the closet a regular part of your patrol, there is no need to check it though unless you either see the closet door creak or move. When this happens it is to indicate that Fredbar has taken up residence inside.

Make sure that you do not neglect to occassionally turn around and flash your light at the bed to check that not too many Freddies have converged there.

When you are unsure about a door it is better to spend a few seconds listening for unusual sounds that are not part of the background noise before entering and if after that you are still not certain after that it is better to play it safe and close the door.

Resist the temptation of shining your flashlight down the hall as you will be jumped on the moment you swithch on your light by any animatronics that happen to be nearby.

The animatronics become more aggressive as the nights progress so take advantage of the early nights to get a feel for how the animatronics move and learn what they sound like when they are standing in the shadow of your open doors.
