To get the desired results you either need to play as often as possible or alternately use the time lapse cheat which involves setting the time on your device ahead and then returning to the game to start a round. Use the time lapse cheat carefully though as you add more weight to your character when you do not play.
There are four power ups in this game, they are as follows.
Energy Drink:
Replenishes your energy.
Candy:
Lowers the speed of your rope making it easier to jump.
Can of Spinach:
Makes you strip and lose weight at double the speed.
Healthy Bar:
Stops your character from gaining weight when you can't play the game for awhile.
