I had the same problem: could not nuy homoes or business, but could do other things, inlcuding buy expand. |

Select EDIT in the bottom right hand corner...Then tap the building you want to turn and a rotating cirtcle should appear. |
| What are special factory for and what kind of money it give? |
It's a rip off. It's basically just another simple factory. No bonuses. |
| How do you get city cash without paying real money? |
Do a contract over and over until you complete either the key or all four keys. Different contracts give you a dollar for completing a key. There doesn't seem to be any other way. |
