Earn evolution parts and Experience points by participating in the daily and weekly events. To access special events tap the glowing portal on the map screen. These events are expensive to enter but it does give you the opportunity to battle for parts that you can use to evolve your team or robots that can level it up.

Make sure that when you are given the opportunity to select an ally before a battle you choose one that has an element that is strong against your opponent.

The only way you can survive when you reach the later battles is to link matches and score combos so you deal as much damage as possible in a turn.

Each of the bots in your team and those you go up against adheres to an element, the key to being successful is exploiting the weaknesses of the element the opposing bot is attached to. Thermal is strong against Bio, but weak against Hydro. Hydro is strong against Thermal, but weak against Bio. Bio is strong against Hydro, but weak against Thermal. Solar and Magnetic are neutral to each other.

Try to avoid the single three piece matches as moves are limited and each one you use enables your enemies to be one step closer to attacking. Focus on making as many four and five piece matches as possible.

Claim the energy rewards whenever they are available so they stack with your current total, even if it overflows the maximum number it is still part of your total until you use it.

Turn allies into friends and take them into battles so you get awarded more points at the end of a match. Then use the points to draw for more robots.

You will discover that robots that are in rare tiers will have more powerful skills.

Don't get attached to the starter robots, just level them enough to win the early fights and then replace them.

Different robots have different skills and as you battle your robot's skills meters will fill. Use your robot's skills as soon as they become available to help defeat your opponent.

Prisms are hard currency and are awarded every so often, they can be spent on lots of beneficial things but are best saved up for a chance at drawing a rare robot.

It is only worth leveling robots that are of higher rarity as the 'common' robots are soon replaced.
