You just have to keep looking out for more choppers. It took me a long time to beat this, but look for a pattern. I think it goes the first one will come out above yours, then behind, then below, and above. Focus on the ones closest to you instead of the one below.

Where can I find the pink hat guy

You find him in unwelcomed guest.tip:try doing it in hard mode so he can appear easier(optional)

Where are the mission specific weapons? I've played for months and can't seem to find them all.

You just have to play each level, then pick up weapons from dead characters, just a real quick pick up then you should get it, there is only about 2 guns on average for a mission.
