• How do you level up Buso Haki in Haze Piece?

You must be at least Level 350 to get Buso Haki. Then to level up Busko Haki to Level 2 you need to be Level 1,150. Once you meet this requirement go to Revolutionary Island where you will find Old Man Silver again. He will sell you Buso Haki Level 2 for 250k Beli.

Buso Haki allows you to increase your damage output. You will get a bonus of 5% to 7.5% for sword and combat damage. It also enables you to damage logia fruit players even if they have completely transformed.

• How do you unlock Observation Haki in Haze Piece?

If you go to Marine Base spawn you will encounter an NPC who will have an exclamation mark on top of their head. If you talk to the NPC they will let you purchase Observation Haki Level 1 for 150K Beli.

You need to be at least level 600 to get Observation Haki which will allow you to use your internal energy to read your opponent's moves.
