Access to a somewhat safe bunker. Couple more rebirth gives you more weapons and body armor options. Up to 15 rebirths. I have 55 and haven't found anything else special down there but with good players attacking you and gaining access to your base it's better to keep it inaccessible if possible.
I have 50 rebirths. Bunker access at 5 rebirths.. Has 3 sets of armor. Starting around 7 rebirths going up to 15 adds weapons. Decent assault rifle at 7. Going up to 15 you get a silenced pistol. Dragonov sniper with a good scope. Decent power but not as much as the Barret. A suppressed M4. The M4 is one of my favs.
