Introduction

Grand Theft Auto games have always been good, and with each sequel, they have gotten better. But San Andreas is a game that is an instant classic. The game is set in 1990's california, based on films like 'Boyz 'n' the hood' .It follows the life aof Carl Johnson, a member of the Grove street families as he makes his way to the top.

Graphics

The Graphics on this game are breathtaking, with the dusty deserts of Bone county and the sleazy suburbs of Los Santos each having there own look. The graphics are a little bit better on the PC version of the game, than on the Xbox and PS2 versions, but it is barley noticeable.

Sound

The sound is amazing, because every civilian and area has it's own unique sound. The radio stations are brilliant because there is a huge range of styles like, rock, country,jazz and house, meaning there is something in there for everybody. Xbox and PC owners will also be able to put there own music into the game.

Gameplay

The gameplay has an incredible mixture of shooting, driving flying, and swimming, yes swimming! This is the first GTA game that you can swim in. Missions have a good variety, one mission requres CJ to sneak into a secret Government testing facility and steal the 'Black Project'... This game also features a two player option, where you and a friend can do rampages or just have a free roam around the city.

Lastability

Grand theft auto san andreas will last a very long time before you complete it, and after you complete it there are the usual vigilante, paramedic, and taxi missions to keep you going. But you will never get bored of playing this because there is just so much to do, like pool, basketball, base-jumping and loads more.

Overall

Overall this game gets 10/10 because of the sheer quality of it. I think that everyone old enough to own it ( this game has an 18 certificate ) should get it because this game is one of the best around and it is one that lokks like it's going to be hard to top.
