Well some people say you can lose 3 stars if you have kiki and that power when it improves with her but when I phone her, when I have 3 2 or 1 stars she says she can't because she sais they mean business so please answer thank you.

You have to date her more often so she will want to help you, if you don't date her for a long time she wont help you anymore. Hope this helps.
You need to get her likingness up, I think it's 75%. Then she'll ring you and you'll be able to lose the wanted level. You can get her to like you more by dating her more often.
Superblobby and anne are both wrong.
Anyway, once you recieve the ability from her, you need to keep dating her for her to keep helping you.
Otherwise the cops will mean business every time.
