In Gangs of Sherwood, you fight the armies of the Sheriff of Nottingham and lead the rebellion. Play as one of the Merry Men (Robin, Marian, Friar Tuck, or Little John), combine your attacks, and free the people in this futuristic dystopia inspired by the legend of Robin Hood.

• Switch Characters

  Although it is possible to complete the campaign with just one character it is recommended that you switch between the four characters as each character brings a unique dimension to every mission in the form of additional options.

  The four characters you can choose from in Gangs of Sherwood are Robin of Loxley, who excels at ranged DPS. Maid Marian, a formidable melee assassin; Little John, a melee DPS tank; and Friar Tuck, who takes on a supportive role with healing capabilities.

• Break Everything

  You must break everything in your surrounding area as you progress in Gangs of Sherwood as doing so will enable you to replenish your character's health and collect valuable items such as orbs and gold. Destructible objects you should look out for in particular are barrels and boxes.

• Spend your First Gold on New Techniques

  The central hub of Gangs of Sherwood is Major Oak and you will arrive there upon completing the initial mission. At Major Oak, you will be able to spend your gold on enhancing your character's capabilities.

  Explore thoroughly as you progress through the missions so you can find hidden items, such as lucky coins, puppets, and wooden toy swords to learn more about the characters in Gangs of Sherwood.
