The Beginning Of Chibi-Robo's Life with the Sandersons

by Chibi-RoboFreak

The Beginning of Chibi-Robo's Life With the Sanderson's

When you start a new game, you start out being a birthday present at Jenny's birthday party. You're Dad's present for Jenny. (Mom gives Jenny a new hat, and Tao gives Jenny his bone.) Telly-Vision (Your manager), realizes it's a birthday party and wants you to find a present for Jenny. He is going to spot a rose on a vase and wants you to get it. (Just jump on the books near the blue vase and go onto the top of it.) After you've got it, Telly-Vision introduces you to a new Chibi-Tool, The Chibi-Copter.
The Chibi-Copter: this device helps Chibi-Robo have a smooth landing when he jumps off from high platforms such as couches, tables, etc. You can press 'A' to fly/glide horizontally across the table. (It only glides in the air for a few seconds.)
After you play around with your new Chibi-Copter, you can go and talk to Telly-Vision. He will tell you to go and give Jenny the rose. Give Jenny the rose; after you've done that, it says they partied...
Next, you get sent back to the Chibi-House at night. Telly-Vision talks to you about how you did a wonderful job out there and tells you about the Chibi-Rankings and the Bonus Batteries. (You gain some Happy Points and Moolah too.) Then he throws party stuff and you go outside.
When you go outside, you see Dad sleeping on the couch with the Chibi-Manuel. (He drops the Manuel on the second night.) If you go near him, you will also find a Drake Redcrest toothbrush. You can use it for cleaning up stains around the house. (Telly-Vision will ask you to clean up the stains on the ground; you'll gain 4 Happy Points.)
You may notice after you've been walking around for a while that your battery starts running low. To get more energy for your battery, pick up your plug (Press 'A' and you will pick it up; for the tip, you will also run a little faster.) and go find an outlet. Once you've found one, go over to it and plug yourself in. You gain energy and you have a choice to save. (Every time you plug into an outlet you may save or not.) Also, the more Happy Points you get, the more you will go down in your Chibi-Rankings. You will also have more Bonus Batteries for Chibi-Robo in the Chibi-Store on the Chibi-PC in the Chibi-House. The more Chibi-Batteries you get, the more battery life you may carry. When you get your Chibi-Rankings to one, you will get eternal life. (You will never need to charge your battery again... But that won't happen for quite some time...)
When you're walking around and exploring the Living Room, you may see a strange toy writing on a book with her antennae. Her name is Sophie, and she is Tao's chew toy. (She's found in the doorway to the left of the Chibi-House when you walk out of it.) Tao is the Sanderson's dog; just to refresh your memory. When you walk over to Sophie, she reads her diary out loud. (The guy she's talking about is Drake Redcrest; she has a HUGE crush on him.) She realizes you're standing there listening to her and she freaks out. She asks who you are and Telly-Vision comes along; he explains that Chibi-Robo can't talk and he realizes that this toy is alive. (Most of the toys in the Sanderson's house are alive, but they're only alive at nighttime when the family is sleeping.)
She records this 'moment' in her diary and is done with the conversation. (Don't talk to her again, she'll think you're peeking at her diary again.) If you also want to know where Drake Redcrest is in both times of day, he is on top of the television in the Living Room.
Well, that takes up the rest of the night. In the morning, Telly-Vision tells you about your Chibi-Rankings and how much more Happy Points you need for the next Bonus Battery. While you're in the Chibi-House, you can check out the Online Shop in the Chibi-PC. You can also buy the Timers (10 or 15 minues), the Chibi-Blaster, the Hot Rod, the Space Scrambler, and seeds you can plant in the garden outside or any planters inside the house.
When you go outside in the morning you will see Jenny with her coloring book and her teddy bear, Sunshine. Sunshine is alive too; but only at night when you go into Jenny's room.
The only door that is open in the morning is the Foyer's door. (This door is right across from Jenny.) You can't go in there yet, though. You have to check out the Living Room first.
You may also go near the sliding doors behind the couch and find a pink bear sticker. When you save up enough Moolah for the Chibi-Blaster, you can shoot the sticker and make a hole in the door. That hole leads to the backyard.
In the Chibi-PC, you may notice the Recyclotron tab.If you click on it, you will find a product called the Living Room Ladder; this piece of machinery is called a Utilibot.
Utilibots are tools used to climb up high places, warp to different spots, and walk across large gaps. There are three different kinds of Utilibots. Ladder Utilibots, Warp Utilibots, and Bridge Utilibots. They come in handy during your wonderful journey throughout the game.
These Utilibots don't cost any Moolah, they cost Scraps. Scraps are pieces of metal that you earn from defeating Spydors. Spydors are little machine bugs that show up when you find an oil stain. But don't worry about them now; you will battle with them when you find your way into the Foyer. There are two ways you can get past or destroy Spydors. To get past them, you need the Drake Redcrest Mug. (You find that in the kitchen.) To destroy them and get Scraps, you need the Chibi-Blaster.
The last topic I'm covering for this entry are the Chibi-Doors. Chibi-Doors are like secret hideouts that Chibi-Robo can only enter. They contain Moolah; the amount depends on what room you're in.

Alright, you should be set for the beginning of the game. I will post more walkthroughs/hints/cheats for more topics, such as: (This list is not in order, but I'll probably do Suits/Outfits first.)
-Suits/Outfits
-Stickers
-Frog Rings
-Giga-Robo Parts
-Secret Chibi-Doors around the whole estate
-Meeting New Friends Throughout the House (All friends have their own post.)
-Knowing the Chibi-Manuel (All About The Chibi-Manuel)
-Knowing the Sanderson's

Thanks for reading my post. :)
