I. Introduction
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

The main purpose of this FAQ is to give readers an idea for a house
layout & also to give them tips on improving your HRA rating. This FAQ
is kind of unique because most others dont have showcase sections.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
II. Tips
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

This section contains tips to improve your HRA rating. If you want to
get above 70,000 HRA points, it is advised for you to upgrade to the
biggest layout.

1. It is advised that you have at least one complete furniture series
with wallpaper & carpet (e.g. Blue Series) or a complete furniture
theme (e.g. Backyard Theme).

2. After getting a complete series, add a few furniture sets
(e.g. Apple Set) Remember, the more items in the set, the more points
you get.

3. Finally, top your design up with a collection of interesting items
(e.g. birthday cake, Gulliver Items etc.) which will give you those
extra points.

2) Villager
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This section gives you ideas for your house layouts by describing the
layouts of other villagers. All villagers have medium size houses.
Note that not ALL villagers layouts are not given here, for now,
only a few are given & others will be added on later.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
1. Joey (Duck)

Very simple! This consists of a backyard pool in the middle with
sprinklers around it & a red boombox for music, all on a daisy meadow
surrounded by a backyard fence. Perfectly suitable for a duck like him!

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
2. Bangle (Tiger)

A boys dream home, this consists of citrus flooring with a retro TV,
a reel-to-reel for music, a few dancing gyroids & a couple of guitars.
Truly one a modern boy would love.

3. Chief (Fox)

This looks like the office building of a salvage yard. It consists of
steel flooring with a modern bed, a toilet, a couple of office lockers,
a coffee machine, a collection of clocks & a tape deck to add some
music to the scene.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
4. Samson (Mouse)

along with an elephant slide, a water bird, a dice stereo for music,
& other extras.

NOTE: You dont have to mention all items in your layout. For
example, I have mentioned that I have a computer in the ground floor,
but I dont mention that there is an office chair to sit on while
working on the computer. With this example in mind, describing your
house should be a piece of cake.
