It's probrally under the building, theres one there somewhere, I think you have to get in the water and climb up the cliffs and get under the house thingie, either that or try going around it until your under it~!! Hope I helped~!!! |

I know how to get the one on the ice, you walk really slowly then jump quick when you get to the cog. |
