Question for Yu Gi Oh! Falsebound Kingdom

First of all three questions,

1. I can't seem to find Gamma The Magnet Warrior.

2. It looks like you can only get wild monsters with a specific character if this is true, which character should I use to unlock Gamma The Magnet Warrior?

3. I know where to find it but when do I find it (day or night)
