Moisture Creature

Thanks to Gamewhiz, I found the Moisture Creature! I've noticed that he only has one star and I'ver trained him to level 32 and he still hasn't gained any. I'm wondering if anybody knows if he ever gets more than one star and if not, where to get deal of phantom to increase his stars

Deal of phantom. Go to yugi's "hallowed land of ishtar" mission and liberate the town in the center of the map. Then build a trade union and get it. A piece of advice: don't do this until you defeat the four marshals that are going toward your base. If you do, they all go to take back the city.

Yes, at level 99 it has a total of 4 stars.
