Question for True Crime: Streets of LA

What is all this stuff I hear about collecting bones and can I be Snoop Dogg. I want to know if its true and if it is where are the bones??

in the user submitted cheats it has where 2 go 2 get the 1st dog bone.
P.S.: there are 30 dog bones
