1. Is there a freeplay mode?
2. Can I make my urb stop tending to needs that are full?
3. How do you get two urbz in love, makeout on the beach blanket at Skyline Beach?

2. Yes. Tell them not to by presisng B, or just make them do a different task.
3. Just like in a Sims game, you must start off slow. Keep on going till the romantic feature is on Yellow or green for select a Social, and start using then. Start being friends if it doesn't work.
If it does, keep it up.
I don't really know if you can get on the beach blanket and makeout, but if it's nightime, and you get on the blanket, your Sim will strip (censored of course), and you can invite your lover to join you.
