Press the B Button when you are in range of their legs, the tow cable will fire, then just perform 3 circles around it's legs and it will fall, for furtherly detailed instructions, watch the cut-scene movie or watch the real movie.

P.S. Ya know how they're indestructable? Well after you take'em down, their armor disappears, just like in the movie, it takes about 100-200 shots to blow'em up, so go for the head.
