In rock bottom, it's called swing-along sptula. Go to the trampoline by the check point in the begining. Jump on it to the next platform but do not land on the next trampoline. Instead, on the platform behind on of the rocks is a button. Hit it to create hooks, change to sandy(if your not her already) then you can use the small rock as an extra boost to reach the Texas swing.
