If your talking about animal parts into weapons this will take a while. First on any difficulty finish every single guild mission... All of them! It takes for ever. Any way, once you've done that, go to the unsealed door. You'll see a force by the warp to the principal dude (ep. I) talk to him with the animal part in your inventory. Then there ya go! A new weapon! As for photon drops you need to go online to "gallion's shop". Take a couple of photon drops to this little kid by where the telepipes appear.

The dude who changes monster parts into wepons is the mage/jester guy standing outside the princable telliport (you have to have compleated "the unseald door" quest. First you go to the hunters guild and hit "the unseald door" and then you will see the swirly circle thingy and then after that, go to the princible telliport, there will be a mage/jester standing neer there talk to him (note you must have the item in you pack and you can only make one wepon at a time (keep going back to the hunters guild with the swirly circle thing if you are making more then one)
