Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I am 60% through the game and have completed all races and stages.I have got a 10 star car, why?
And how do you get it to 100% ?
Please help

Stage 1=city core
Stage 2=beacon hill
Stage 3=jackson heights
Stage 4=coal harbour east
Stage 5=coal harbour west

Ok, when you first go underground, there's other options, such as go underground, world map, etc. Click on World map and you'll see all the races and some will say completed and others will say not completed, races the not completed races to get 100%.

It's practically impossible to get 100% complete but to get close comlete all races on every stage including suv races.
