Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

How do I get past stage 4 I've already completed all the races on world map and all the hidden races I believe and there is no opponet cars at all 4 me to race

You forgot the visual rating,if you get a 6 star rating you can go tho stage five.Yes I did it so have a great day.

I had the same problem but I found out that you have to upgrade your car's visual status, then you should get a message from Rachael saying you can get on a cover for a magazine or dvd, after you get on the cover you should get a url or more races
