I would use that adrenaline boost, aim up at him and shoot like crazy. Then jump up on the crates and disable the bomb by pressing the action button. Trust me on this, but you have to jump on the wall and press the action button as many times as you can while your in the air.
It's hard trust me.

I think personally you should save 3 bazooka rounds pump up your adrenaline and kill him with 2 rounds of the bazooka. Extra round was just in case you miss. Next get out of there and stop the bomb.

When you get out of the bunker you can climb up the rope tha some of the soldiers slide down.
