Question for Mario Party 6

I've had the game since Christmas and I still don't know how to play story. Can someone tell me how to play story mode??

You have to play through the board and get as much coins as you can, and you can stop your journey for coins before you roll. If your trying to get to the end, you need to land on the last space of the board. You'll get one of the four Rare-Type mini-games. There is one you have to purchase at the Star Bank. The mini-games
Are called Dunk Bros., Block Star, and one I forgot the name of.

You must be confused. There is no story mode in Mario Party 6. If you mean Solo Mode, then what MarioHSF said is correct.
