After the train is moving get on the roof of the house by jumping on the rocks on the side then use "jump" to get to the other side turn the wheel then jump near the second door theres a cut scene and whala your through then go in to a house theres a bat lady and she gives you telekineses from slayer 9

Get the kanto radio card at the top of the circle is the poke flute that will wake him up he's level fifty might want to put him to sleep.
