Ok I have super saiyan 1 and 2 for gohan but I can only get super saiyan 2 for GOKU how do I get super saiyan 1 or "Super Saiyan"!

Wait, sorry thats PS2, if you got my other answer for this thats for the PS2, you can try R and L though, anyways to get it you have to play the frieza vs goku in story mode I believe and beat frieza first time going vs him
I think D_money Anwser is wrong Athough I never try it anyway to get super saiyan you have to on the 3rd stage(planet namek) choose Krillan as your partner then let him die on purpose Goku will then get mad at freeza and it will unlock the super saiyan capsule for goku or just buy it at the store.
On namek wen facing frieza get krillin n die on purpose goku will get super saiyan n a attack boost
Simple just keep reentering bulma's capsule shop thing until it appears on the list
