Unless you have an emulator, you can't enter any cheat codes. Like most rpg's you must play through the game and defeat enemies and enjoy the adventure. However there are several hints on training your tech levels and duplicating items/bits across the web. Obviously if you search across Google you'll find plenty of articles.
