I am at the part where it tells you to enter the airtemple and it says to send momo in but I can't figure out how...can someone pleaze help me??

Just have him climb in. Get momo close to the door and press y (i think that is the button). Otherwise there may be a cutscene when you just press the buttons lettin momo be the player. Have you even gotten 100% yet? Just press L and X simultaneously (might be L and Y). It should let you go to momo view, where you ply as momo.
